Extreme to serene The Mountain Bike Adventure has it all
Our mountain bike centre is situated in Lagos, in the southwest corner of the Algarve,
Portugal. The Algarve is an ideal location for mountain biking with 1000m extinct
volcanoes 30kms away, vast natural parks on the west coast and endless dirt roads
and singletrack surrounding Lagos.
MIAS qualified instructors run the Mountain Bike Adventure and every ride is guided.
We have an extensive knowledge of all the trails and tailor each ride to the guests
on that day. We offer all types of mountain biking at our centre from a relaxed scenic

We have all the equipment you need for hire. We have a purpose built bike trailer,
a minibus and a 4x4 for shuttle runs. We are proud that we were the first mountain
bike trail centre here, no one knows the area like we do, every year we build and
maintain trails that only we know about.
